Items 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, and 9 should be used within one month (once or twice/week).
Item 12 should be used at a frequency of 1 session every 15 days (for 2 months) or 1 session/week.
Regarding exercise (Pilates, home/online personal training), a Physical Fitness Assessment of the trainee will be conducted at the beginning and every 4 months thereafter.
