Nicole Kortesi, is a Lifestyle Medicine Therapist and Personal Coach, with a scientific foundation in Exercise and Sports Science – Bachelor’s degree – and a Postgraduate degree in Lifestyle Medicine. Additionally, she has studied BA (Hons) Communication and Media and holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations.
After 10 years working in advertising, she decided to follow her passion for exercise and health. Since 2015, she has been fully dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle, combining her scientific knowledge with practical application. Additionaly she is a Personal Coach, certified Pilates Teacher in Mat and Equipment and trains others to become Pilates teachers.
